Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our digital products, courses, and coaching programs. We want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Digital Courses & Programs

For all digital courses and self-paced programs, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • If you're not satisfied with the course content within 14 days of purchase, simply email us for a full refund.
  • No questions asked — we believe in the value we provide and want you to feel the same.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

For individual coaching sessions and packages:

  • Before the first session: Full refund available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
  • After sessions have begun: Refunds are prorated based on unused sessions remaining in your package.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost.
  • No-shows: Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

Group Programs & Cohort-Based Courses

For live cohort-based programs with scheduled sessions:

  • Before cohort starts: Full refund available up to 7 days before the program begins.
  • Within first week: 50% refund available if requested within the first 7 days of the program.
  • After first week: No refunds available, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (one-time transfer).

Consulting & Custom Projects

For consulting engagements and custom projects, refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and refunds for completed work phases are not available. Any disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hello@agenticedge.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name and the email address used for purchase
  3. Specify the product or service you would like refunded
  4. Briefly explain your reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago (for digital products)
  • Evidence of content downloading or sharing beyond personal use
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and loss of access to all purchased content.
